Minty Auto provides tools for tracking vehicle maintenance, service history, reminders, and related information. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Minty Auto is not a mechanic, repair facility, safety authority, or professional advisor. Users are responsible for verifying maintenance schedules and repair requirements using manufacturer guidance and qualified professionals.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available and strongly recommended.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Minty Auto may offer free and paid subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are provided only where required by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Minty Auto a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to upload:

• Content containing sensitive financial information
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Malicious software
• Content that violates any law or regulation

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
